Biorhythm — Forecast, Compatibility & Peak Days

What are Biorhythms?

Biorhythm theory posits that human life is governed by three cyclical rhythms that begin at birth: a 23-day physical cycle, a 28-day emotional cycle, and a 33-day intellectual cycle. Each cycle moves between positive (high) and negative (low) phases, with critical days occurring when a cycle crosses the zero line. This site offers a free biorhythm calculator with an interactive chart showing your cycles for any date.

What This Calculator Does That Others Don't

Most biorhythm calculators draw the chart and stop. This one answers the questions people actually have. Any-date look-ahead: pick any future date — a wedding, a race, a meeting — and see your three cycles for that exact day. Partner compatibility: enter a second birth date and see how two people's cycles sync — emotional, physical, and intellectual sync percentages calculated over a full common cycle. Peak alignment days: the dates in the next four months when both of you are at your best simultaneously, highlighted on the forecast strip. Plus critical-day warnings, peak-day forecasting, and a shareable forecast or compatibility card.

The Tradition and Its Limits

Biorhythm theory was proposed in the late 19th century by Wilhelm Fliess (a colleague of Sigmund Freud) and popularised in the 1970s. It should be stated plainly: biorhythm theory is not supported by modern scientific evidence. The cycles do not correspond to any documented biological rhythm. What the calculator offers is a framework for self-reflection — a way to check in with your physical, emotional, and intellectual state on any given day — rather than a scientifically validated predictive tool.

How Biorhythm Works Here

Enter your birth date. The calculator plots your three cycles from birth to any target date, showing where each cycle peaks, troughs, and crosses critical days. Your biorhythm also feeds the Daily Cosmic Briefing for registered users with a birth date, where it is read alongside Saju, numerology, and the day's cosmic conditions as one input among many.
